Agevity Group is a disruptive new player rewriting the rules of the market. It brings together quality of care, a premium level of service and technological efficiency across three standalone, yet interconnected pillars.
We bring private sector experience, a track record of scaling companies and an international perspective. Our ambition is to build Agevity Group into the market leader in Central and Eastern Europe.

MVP Q4 2026A technology backbone for the senior care industry. Aura Digital connects providers, families, and care professionals; streamlining operations, improving transparency, and setting a new standard for data-driven care delivery across the region.

Opening FY30Premium residences designed around life, not around the institution. Sustainable architecture, staff who remember you, and technology that stays out of the way. A home you actually want to move into. Our pilot residence is planned to open in Prague in 2030.

The Founders
Professionals with an international edge.
Two founders, two backgrounds. Jan spent years in the top management of the country's largest media house and five years running a major Czech nonprofit. Daniela served as Chief of Staff at a unicorn startup, following senior roles in tech and consulting in the Czech Republic and abroad. Commercial discipline on one side, operational rigour at scale on the other.
Jan Fischer
Founder — Team lead, Aura Care & Aura Homes
Jan spent his career in leadership roles across Czech media and communications, first as CMO of the country's largest media house, later as CEO of a group of creative and PR agencies. For five years he served as executive director of Kapka naděje, one of the country's best known health charities. He is a graduate of the University of St Andrews.
Daniela Kuklová
Founder — Team lead, Aura Digital
Daniela was Chief of Staff at Mews, the Czech-founded hospitality technology unicorn, during a period of rapid international expansion. Before that she led a MedTech AI spinoff at Trask and started her career at EY-Parthenon, advising technology companies across Europe on innovation, strategy and M&A. She is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School
